Gingerbread Syrup

The sweet and spicy gingerbread cookie that we all love during the Christmas season in a liquid syrup that you can add to your coffee, on pancakes or waffles, and/or dip biscuits or scones in.

Now that the Harvest feasting is over it is now Gingerbread time. Gingerbread is a unique flavor in where it has a sweet, molasses flavor and hint of spice from the ginger which warms you up during the cold months.
Growing up it was a tradition to build a gingerbread house around this time. We kind of turned it into competition who can build it the fastest and the best.
