Eggless Oreo Cheescake Cookie Dough

Who likes to eat raw cookie dough? This girl does.
Every time I bake brownies or cookies I am guilty (not guilty) of licking the bowl of the rest of the batter, why waste it?  I licked the bowl clean about two weeks ago when I made Jumbo 'Oreo' Cheesecake Cookies, I had a little cookie dough left and I ate it then came to me.
The next time I make these yummy cookies I am going to make it eggless because I don't want wait for the cookies to bake then have to wait for them to cool.
These are a great combination of sweet, creamy and tangy.  The sweetness comes from the chocolate cookies, vanilla beans and leaving the cream with the cookies also giving it a marshmallow flavor to quote my mom.  The tangy comes from the cream cheese which makes everything taste better.

Recipe
25 Organic Chocolate Crème Sandwich Cookies, can use regular Oreos
2 1/3 cups of Unbleached All Purpose Flour
2 cups of Sugar
7 ounces of Unsalted Butter, softened equals to 1 stick + 7 tablespoons (I used a European butter which has more butterfat to make it more creamy)
16 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Bean Paste or 2 to 3 Vanilla Beans scraped or 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 tablespoon of Almondmilk, can use regular milk

In a gallon bag smash whole cookies with a rolling pin or a glass bottle, set aside.  Leave the cookies a little chunky.
Cream together softened butter and sugar until well combined.
Scape the sides down then add softened cream cheese, sea salt, and vanilla. Let it mix together for two minutes then add the milk until creamy.
In a separate bowl, fold together crushed cookies, cheesecake mixture and flour until you get a cookie dough consistence.
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least two hours. Scoop out of bowl with an ice cream scooper and serve in a bowl or grab a spoon and ENJOY!!!
Keep dough in the refrigerator and will stay fresh up to two weeks, if it last that long.

  1. I have actually never had just the dough of a cookie before. Maybe if I ever meet you, that's something I may try. :)

  5. So if you're eating cookie dough that's made with cookies, and then you bake the cookie dough, and then you crush the cookies AGAIN to make more batter with crushed cookies and so on...will that create an alternate universe made entirely out of cookie dough?

  9. This looks amazing. I can't have gluten, but they do make gluten-free oreos and I bet I could use them to make this!
